Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Saventa application (the “Service”), operated by LUCA S. MIHAI-SORIN PERSOANĂ FIZICĂ AUTORIZATĂ (“we”, “us”), a sole trader registered in Romania with the Trade Register Office of the Sibiu Tribunal under number F2025039187007, tax identification number (CUI) 52669122, with its professional seat at Piața Nouă, Bl. V, Sc. E, Et. 1, Ap. 44, Cisnădie, Sibiu County, Romania. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. The Service

Saventa is a personal-finance and investment tracker: you can record and organize portfolios across savings, deposits and bonds, brokerage, crypto, and property; track income and goals; and generate reports. The Service stores and presents data you provide — entered, imported from files, or fetched read-only from a broker or exchange you choose to connect; it does not connect to your bank and it never executes transactions or moves money.

2. Not financial advice

The Service is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Figures may be estimates or projections — including interest calculations, forward projections, and charts marked as estimated. Market data shown in the app comes from third-party providers and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Always consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.

This includes the risk questionnaire and the allocation templates it produces. Those templates are educational illustrations of how a mix might be structured based on the answers you give. They are not a personal recommendation, and they are not an assessment of whether any investment or allocation is suitable for you. You choose your own allocation targets and can change them at any time.

3. Your account

  • You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
  • You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Security → Delete account; this permanently deletes your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service unlawfully or attempt to gain unauthorized access to it or to other users' data;
  • probe, overload, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service;
  • resell or provide the Service to third parties without our agreement.

5. Plans and billing

  • The Service offers a free plan and paid subscription plans with higher limits. Current plans and prices are shown on the Billing page.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled; you can cancel anytime from the billing portal, in which case your plan runs until the end of the paid period and then reverts to the free plan.
  • If you delete your account, any active subscription is canceled as part of deletion.
  • We may change prices or plan limits going forward; changes are announced in advance and never apply retroactively to an already-paid period.

6. Your data

You retain all rights to the data you enter. You grant us only the rights needed to host, process, and display it to you as part of operating the Service. You can export your data at any time (CSV/Excel) from the portfolio dashboard.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available and your data safe, but the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We may modify, add, or remove features, and may suspend or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice, during which you will be able to export your data.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or losses resulting from financial decisions made using the Service, from data you enter incorrectly, or from third-party data inaccuracies. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms; where practicable we will notify you and give you an opportunity to export your data.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. Disputes are subject to the courts of Romania.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
