Getting help & contacting us
This guide covers how to get an answer when something isn't clear, how to report a bug or suggest an idea, and how to reach us directly. There are four routes, and which one to use mostly depends on whether you need an answer about the app or a reply from a person.
These guides
Everything the app does is documented in Help & guides — one guide per feature area, plus three beginner guides on investing itself if you are new to it. If you are looking for how something works, start there; it is the fastest route and it is always up to date with the app.
The in-app assistant
The floating button in the bottom-right corner of the app opens an assistant that answers questions about the app in plain language. It answers strictly from these guides, so it is good at "how do I…" and "where do I find…" — and it will tell you when something is outside what it knows rather than guessing.
Two things it deliberately will not do: give financial or investment advice of any kind, and answer questions about anything other than the app.
Feedback, bugs and ideas
The Feedback button in the top bar opens a form from anywhere in the app. Pick a type — bug, idea, question or praise — add a title and details, and send it. Where you were in the app, the app version and your browser are attached automatically, so a bug report does not need you to describe your setup.
You can attach up to three screenshots. Large images are shrunk in your browser before they are sent, which also strips any location data the file was carrying.
Everything you send is listed on My feedback, each item showing its current status: received, reviewing, planned, shipped or declined. When a status changes you get a notification in the app, so you don't have to keep checking. Each report also has an Email me when you respond box, ticked by default — untick it for a report you would rather not hear about by email, and you will still see the update in the app.
This is the best route for anything that needs tracking — a bug you want fixed, or a feature you want considered.
For anything that doesn't fit the form — account problems, billing questions, press, security reports, or privacy requests — write to support@saventa.app.
That address is also the contact point for data-protection matters described in the Privacy Policy. If you want your account and data removed, you can do that yourself from your profile without contacting anyone; the Privacy Policy explains what deletion covers.
A note on what we can help with
We can help with the app: how a feature works, something that looks wrong, an import that won't parse, a billing question. We can't tell you what to invest in, whether a particular investment suits you, or what to do with your money. That isn't modesty — the app is an informational tool, not a financial adviser, and questions about your own financial decisions belong with a qualified professional who knows your circumstances.
