Reports
Reports (at /reports) are point-in-time snapshots of your whole financial picture, generated monthly and yearly, with every figure compared against the previous period. They answer "how did this month/year go?" without you having to reconstruct anything.
Finalized reports and the live preview
At each period close (month end or year end, in your timezone) the app freezes a final report. Final reports are immutable — they capture prices and exchange rates as they were, so period-over-period changes stay trustworthy forever.
The current, still-running period is available as a live preview, computed on demand with the same math, so when the period closes the preview becomes that period's final report seamlessly. When you open the Reports page it selects the latest finalized report; the preview can be picked from the report selector.
Reports generated retroactively from your pre-existing data are flagged backfilled — their cash flows are accurate, but historical allocation and performance may be approximate; a banner explains this on affected reports.
The six tabs
- Overview — headline net worth with a composition donut: contributions, reinvestments, realized P/L and unrealized P/L, which together sum to your net worth.
- Allocation — donuts by category, by currency and by portfolio, with per-slice drift versus the previous period.
- Cash Flow & Income — flow summary cards plus generated-income donuts (by category, currency and portfolio), each togglable between all income, reinvestments and payouts.
- Performance — returns for the period, per portfolio.
- Category Deep-Dives — a closer look at each category's movement.
- Goals — progress on your goals as of the period close.
Viewing options
Reports can be viewed converted to another currency via the currency selector. The Print / PDF button (or your browser's print dialog) produces a clean statement — one tab per page, white background — that you can save as a PDF.
Notifications
When a new report is finalized you receive a report ready notification that links straight to it.
Availability
Reports are a paid feature: the Free plan shows an upgrade prompt, while Plus and Pro include both monthly and yearly reports.
